Part 2
Part 1
Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of the Onsite Safety website.
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Onsite Safety (“Onsite Safety,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website and any related pages, content, forms, and online features (the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.
Separate written agreements, such as a quote, proposal, purchase order, rental or installation agreement, or training registration terms, may apply to products and services you obtain from us. If those documents conflict with these Terms, they control for the products and services they cover.
Eligibility
The Site is intended for business and professional users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
Informational Content and Safety Disclaimer
The Site describes fall protection systems, temporary guardrails, safety training, consulting, compliance support, and safety equipment. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only.
Important safety notice. Working at height is inherently dangerous. Nothing on the Site is a substitute for a site-specific hazard assessment, a qualified person’s engineering judgment, proper training, the manufacturer’s instructions, or applicable laws and standards, including those of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and any applicable state, local, or project requirements.
Statements on the Site about regulations, standards, or compliance are general in nature, may not reflect the latest changes, and are not legal, engineering, or professional advice. You are responsible for determining the requirements that apply to your project and workforce. Contact us if you would like help evaluating your specific situation.
Quotes, Orders, and Services
- Information on the Site about products, services, availability, specifications, and pricing is not an offer to sell and may change without notice. A binding agreement for products or services arises only when we confirm it in a written quote, order confirmation, or other signed or accepted agreement.
- Submitting a quote request or contact form does not obligate either party to enter into a transaction.
- Training and certification are issued only as described in the applicable course terms and generally require attendance and completion of course requirements. Certification does not guarantee competence, performance, or compliance in any particular situation.
- We may correct errors or inaccuracies on the Site, including in descriptions or pricing, at any time.
Informational Content and Safety Disclaimer
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate any person or entity;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of them;
- introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful or disruptive code;
- use automated means such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Site, except for standard search-engine indexing, without our written permission;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or bypass any security or access control measure;
- copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its content except as these Terms allow; or
- use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages or to harvest personal information about others.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, service marks, product names, page layout, and software, are owned by Onsite Safety or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Except as expressly stated, no rights are granted to you.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your own internal business or personal informational use. You may print or download pages for that purpose as long as you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. You may not use our names, logos, or trademarks without our prior written permission. Other names and marks on the Site may belong to their respective owners.
Information and Content You Submit
If you send us information, comments, reviews, photographs, or other materials through the Site (“Submissions”), you represent that you have the right to submit them and that they are accurate and do not violate any law or any third party’s rights. You grant Onsite Safety a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display Submissions as reasonably needed to respond to you, operate and improve our business, and, for reviews or testimonials you have agreed to share, to publish them. Personal information in Submissions is handled under our
Privacy Policy.
Suggestions or ideas you share about our business or services may be used by us without obligation to you.
Third-Party Websites and Content
The Site may contain links to, or embed content from, third-party websites and services, such as video platforms, maps, review sites, and chat providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. A link or embed does not mean we endorse the third party. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components, or that content is accurate, complete, or current.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty that is expressly stated in a written agreement for specific products or services, or that cannot be excluded by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onsite Safety and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
This section applies only to your use of the Site. Liability relating to products and services we provide to you is governed by the written agreement for those products and services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including for fraud or willful misconduct.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Onsite Safety and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your Submissions, or your misuse of the Site. We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with us.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and Onsite Safety agree that any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Seminole County, Florida, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Nothing in this section limits the governing law or venue stated in a separate written agreement that applies to the products or services you buy from us.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Site or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will survive.
Changes to the Site and These Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and applies from that date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them. Please review these Terms periodically.
Electronic Communications
By contacting us through the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as by email. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, except where the law requires a different method. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
Copyright Complaints
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to the email address in the “Contact Us” section that identifies the work, identifies the allegedly infringing material and where it appears on the Site, includes your contact details, states your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, states under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and includes your physical or electronic signature.
General Provisions
- Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and replace any earlier understandings on that subject.
- Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.

Part 2
Accessibility Statement
An informational statement of our accessibility goals. It is not part of the binding Terms above and does not create any additional legal obligations.
Our Commitment
Onsite Safety is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Our business is about keeping people safe, and we want everyone to be able to get the information they need from us on equal terms.
We work to improve the experience of all visitors and to apply relevant accessibility standards. This statement describes our goals, current efforts, known limitations, and how to reach us if you have trouble.
Accessibility Standard
We aim for our website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. Conformance is an ongoing goal. We cannot guarantee that every page or feature meets every success criterion at all times..
Measures We Take
We work to support accessibility through measures such as:
- using clear page structure with headings, landmarks, and a “skip to main content” link;
- designing for keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;
- choosing text and background colors with sufficient contrast and using text that can be resized;
- providing text alternatives for meaningful images;
- using descriptive link text and labeled form fields;
- designing layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels; and
- reviewing new pages and content for accessibility before and after publishing.
Compatibility
The website is designed to work with current versions of major web browsers and with common assistive technologies, such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and speech-recognition software, on desktop and mobile devices. Using the most recent version of your browser and assistive technology gives the best results.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. For example:
- Third-party content: some embedded features, including videos, maps, customer review widgets, and the chat tool, are provided by outside companies. We do not control their code, but we ask providers to support accessibility and we are glad to offer another way to get the same information.
- Media: some videos or documents, especially older ones, may not have captions, transcripts, or accessible formatting. If you need one, please ask and we will work to provide it.
- Downloadable files: some PDFs and other documents, such as product literature, may not be fully accessible. We will provide an accessible version on request.
We are working to address these issues as we find them.
Alternative Ways to Get Information
If you cannot access any content or service on our site, we will work with you to provide the information in a format that works for you. This can include a phone conversation, an email, a large-print or text-only version, or help completing a request or form. Quotes, training registration, and product information are all available through our team directly.
Feedback and Contact
We welcome your feedback. If you have difficulty using any part of our website, notice an accessibility barrier, or have a suggestion, please let us know. Please include the web address of the page, a description of the problem, the assistive technology, browser, and device you were using, and your contact details so we can follow up.
We aim to acknowledge feedback within two business days and to respond with a resolution or a plan within ten business days.
